Outfit of the Week: Work Hard, Play Hard

This week's look is called work hard, play hard because it's the perfect outfit to wear to the office and then out to happy hour with your beau or your ladies! It's dressy and conservative enough for work, but fun and flirty enough to wear out as well! The all black outfit is slimming on any woman, and the accessories will make you pop!
We're starting with The Diana- Black Wide Lace Thong and putting on a pair of black ankle pants over them. On top, we're keeping it simple with a black chiffon short sleeve shirt. We're doing lots of accessorizing, first with a pair of strappy black heels and a burgundy suede clutch. We're doing it up with jewelry including a black and gold short chain necklace, a long black and gold pendant necklace, lots of gold bangles and gold geometric dangly earrings!

Outfit of the Week: Fall Fun

This week's outfit is something that could be worn to just about anything this time of the year, especially with a few tweaks and modifications to make it your own! Depending on where you work, it could be worn with a camisole underneath, it could be worn to meet with friends, to go out, for a casual date, for lunch or dinner, to the museum or just running errands!
We're starting with The Pamela- Black Cheeky Brazilian panties and The Hendricks- Classic Comfort Bamboo Bralette. Over that we are adding a black and creme geometric chiffon top and a pair of light gray skinny jeans. From here, it's up to you how you style it! If you're running errands you may want to pop on a pair of Vans black slip-ons or a pair of black riding style boots to meet with friends. If you're going out, you may want to put on a pair of black wedges and a black leather jacket! There are so many possibilities when you start with the right staples!

Outfit of the Week: Sunny Afternoon

While it is Fall, we still have the occasional warm afternoon, especially this year with it being so unseasonably warm! This outfit is perfect one of those sunny afternoons we're still experiencing. It can be worn to lunch, to the museum, shopping, to just about anything you want to do on your sunny afternoon and still look cute!
This outfit features two MADI items, The Hendricks- Classic Comfort Bamboo Bralette as well as the The Diana- Ivory Wide Lace Thong. These two staples are being paired with a black and white striped crop-top and a maxi length ivory skirt. An outfit like this would look perfectly paired with a pair of black lace-up espadrilles, and a small black leather cross-body bag. Lastly, just accessorize with your favorite everyday jewelry!

Outfit of the Week: Falling Into Cooler Weather

As we slowly enter cooler weather, it's time to bring back out your fall wardrobe. Our favorite things to bring out are our vests, long sleeves, sweaters, and booties! What about you? Well, this outfit is perfect for our transition with light layering on top and denim on the bottom.
We're starting with our Diana-Wide Lace Thong undies and layering over them a pair of ankle length skinny jeans. On top, we're wearing a black three quarter length sleeve top and an army green vest. We're accessorizing with a pair of black cut-out booties and a black leather backpack. We're finishing off the outfit with gold jewelry, including a pendant necklace, Alex & Ani bracelets and oval earrings.

Outfit of the Week: A Day at the Office

Ok, now we know it's not all fun and games, so this week, we're showing you an outfit perfect for the office! This outfit is a great transition into fall, and forget the "no white after Labor Day" rule! We're showing off a stylish office look with adorable accessories and comfortable flats.

We're starting with The Pamela-Cheeky Brazilian underwear in white, and layering over them a pair of black, skinny, ankle pants. On top, we're going with a fun, loose peplum-style cream colored top. Bralettes, Bralettes Bralettes!

In case you haven't already heard, our bralettes hit the website and our storefront on Friday, and we were sold out online by Sunday! However, we are anticipating a re-stock of them later this month, and if you haven't already snagged one, you won't want to miss them! Just like our other products, for every bralette purchased, we will donate a pair of our underwear to a woman in need!
We released two bralette styles, The Hendricks- a classic comfortable bamboo bralette, and The Molly- a luxe lace bralette.

Outfit of the Week: Saturday Picnic

As summer winds down and we move into fall, everyone is trying to get their last bit of sunshine and BBQ's in, including us! This outfit is perfect for a Saturday afternoon picnic with your friends or family! It's light, fun and very fashion forward and our Diana undies are perfect for this look!

Panama Drop-Off Donation!

Executive Director of our non-profit arm MADI Donations - Lindsey - was on a MADI underwear drop-off in Panama in early April!  Here's an update on our mission and partnership in Panama:
Lindsey saw a great need throughout Panama and the comarca - home to the Ngobe Bugle Tribe - for women's underwear. It's a luxury item most western women take for granted. 
MADI Donations partnered with companies 4Love (a clothing company that focuses on women empowering women) and Sowing Seeds of Love (a non-profit Lindsay started in Panama that empowers indigenous women, children and orphans through education, team sports and teaching different trade skills.)  Lindsey has established great credibility within these communities as she has been living and empowering these individuals for 4+ years. She knew exactly where to travel to bring these amazing undies to women!  
The donation drop-off consisted of a 2+ hour drive into the comarca followed by a two hour hike up the mountains to distribute undies. They were blessed with passing out 120 pairs in the comarca. With each pair of underwear, the drop-off team also added a note letting the women know they are beautiful and loved. At first, the women were a bit timid and smirked about the undies but when Lindsey talked to them, made jokes and let the women choose the style of undies they liked the best, the whole donation drop-off team watched these women light up!  Love and joy filled the air.
 
MADI undies were also distributed to teenage girls and workers at both orphanages (that our partnered organization Sowing Seeds of Love supports) as well as to all the women of 4Love, their daughters, sisters, sister in laws, aunts, etc..! 
This was Lindsey's first donation drop-off since she became part of our team as Executive Director in February!  In her words "I can't wait to see what the future has in store for MADI Donations and the trips we will embark on to provide women with the joy of undies!"  
Two extra fun facts: 
The women couldn't believe the underwear was made out of Bamboo, they were fascinated by that. 
They loved the black briefs (The Bonnie style) and black lace pairs (The Kaydee style).

Outfit of the Week: Dinner & a Movie

This week we are featuring our NEW Sybil black sleep top, and showing you how to wear it not only to bed, but out on the town! And of course a pair of MADI underwear! Friday is quickly approaching and that means date night! This outfit is perfect for dinner and a movie with your man or your girls! Wow them with this chic and edgy outfit!
